At Stamp Pizza, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our web site. In particular, we want you to know that Stamp is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. Stamp may collect the following information about you:

- your contact details: postal address including billing and delivery addresses, telephone numbers (including mobile numbers) and e-mail address;

- when you make a purchase or place an order with us, your payment card details;

How long do we keep your data for?
Stamp will not retain your personal information longer than necessary. We will hold onto the information you provide either while your account is in existence, or as needed to be able to provide the Services to you, or (in the case of any contact you may have with our Customer Care team) for as long as is necessary to provide support-related reporting and trend analysis only.
If legally required or if it is reasonably necessary to meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our Terms and Conditions, we may also retain some of your information for a limited period of time as required, even after you have closed your account or it is no longer needed to provide the Services to you.

Mailing Lists
As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. If you have any concerns about this we suggest you do not click on any adverts, sponsored or affiliate links found throughout the website.
Third Parties
Aside from our service providers, Stamp will not disclose your personal data to any third party, except as set out below. We will never sell or rent our customer data to other organisations for marketing purposes.

- governmental bodies, regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts/tribunals and insurers where we are required to do so: -

- Third parties we use are Trustpilot for review basis and DPD for courier fulfilment.
How long do we keep your data?
We will not retain your data for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. Different retention periods apply for different types of data, however the longest we will normally hold any personal data is 6 years.

Refund Policy

Because of the nature of fast food delivery, refunds are given at the sole discretion of Stamp Pizza & Bar

Once an order has been placed and collected, you must contact the Restaurant directly should you have any complaints. The restaurant must be given the opportunity to try and rectify any errors or dissatisfaction on the same day of collection. If the restaurant does not rectify this for you then please contact us via the a method on our contact page.

Any refunds will be made the same way the food was purchased.
